Assessment overview

The assessment form in the manual has nine criteria. Each row points at the assignment, the evidence and the reflection that answer it. The counts come straight from the assignment pages, so this page can't claim more than they show. The judgement is yours.

Learning outcome. You can reflect on your own learning process and professional development in a systematic way with the aim of visible professional growth and positioning as a marketing manager.

The nine criteria, and where to find them.

  1. 1

    Project management execution

Agendas, meeting notes, tasks with a deadline and a quality requirement, and the follow-up.

  2. 2

    Leadership and collaboration

How I guided the team during my week, and what the 360-degree feedback says about it.

  3. 3

    Presentation content and structure

The topic, the structure and the timing, across both attempts.

  4. 4

    Presentation delivery and visuals

My delivery and my slides, first attempt next to second.

  5. 5

    In-depth course

The course choice, its link to skills, the proof of participation, the video, and why it matters for a marketing manager.

  6. 6

    CV and LinkedIn

The visual CV, the article, and what the reactions say about my positioning.

  7. 7

    Personal branding

Core values, motivation and distinctiveness, linked to at least two skills.

  8. 8

    DISC training and collaboration

My profile with examples from group dynamics, one improvement point, and the action plan.

  9. 9

    Reflection and learning

A reflection tool on every assignment, feedback I applied, and what I do next.

    The focus skillsThe look ahead

Which assignment works on which skill.

All sixteen skills from the profile. The manual asks for a conscious choice, not for all of them, so some rows stay empty. The highlighted ones are my focus this semester.
